If you qualify for a return and it has been agreed by Moda Furnishings then this is a smooth process which needs little input from you. A collection of the items is the first step, which is arranged through Moda. Once the goods have been returned, Moda will contact V12 directly to advise of the changes made so the amendments can be arranged which means the refund amount discussed will be applied to your credit agreement and the refund will be processed automatically. If this is a partial return then Moda are unable to confirm whether it will be your monthly payments or the quantity of payments that will reduce, so you will need to contact V12 directly to confirm; however if this is a complete return then the full amount paid will be refunded back to you by V12.
